Ape, japan , planet of the apes, Tokyo
Hey, Cal, this is a statue of the Lawgiver from "Planet of the Apes", specifically the last movie in the series, "Battle for the Planet of the Apes". He is the Confucius of the ape civilization. Google it and find out more.
